Hey! I read that you're moving to New Zealand in 2007.
I moved here from Liverpool last year and its awesome. Halloween isn't massive here unfortunately, but the pumpkin availability is high, despite the seasons being the wrong way round :o), so no worries there!

| Amazing. I am 29 and carved my 1st pumpkin last year, isn't that sad. I only did the one as I wasn't sure how it would go. However I really enjoyed it and although it was a basic pumpkin face I was pretty pleased. You have definately inspired me to have another go this year. Good luck with this years event I think it is great that you do it all for charity, there should be more people like you and your fellow carvers around.

I love your pumpkins! - I've been carving them myself for as long as I can remember, and every year I seem to carve more and more! Your photos are a real inspiration.

| Fantastic!!! I've been carving pumpkins for a number of years and usually manage to put on a display of around 20 and was considering upping this so I could make it into a bigger display and start raising funds for charity and you've definately shown me the way forward on this one. Congratulations on you achievements so far and good luck for this year!

I came across your site quite accidentally but was enormously impressed with what you've done with a simple, traditional holiday. The idea of taking your talents and turning it into a fundraiser and community event is very commendable. Congratulations on your success and best of luck in the future.

I'm inspired, I always carve about 6-8 pumpkins, for my own pleasure, have two children too young to appreciate it(yet!)You done something really worthwhile with yours and I would love to come and carve with you one year (maybe when my kids are older, they're both under 3 at the moment!
Good luck this year, hope you don't get too many blisters.
Well done, nice site.
