Ingredients 125g cream cheese softened 40g butter, softened 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, sifted pulp of 1-2 passionfruit
Method Using an electric beater beat the cheese with the butter in a small bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the icing sugar, then enough passionfruit to make the desired consistency .... spreadable. Keep iced cakes in the fridge in an air tight container.
